Direct debit payments

I am trying to set up a direct debit to come out fortnightly as I have always previously done but your system will not allow me to do this.

Can not get hold of anyone on the phone to do this. Need to fix this ASAP.

Feeling extremely frustrated with Telstra.

Also my Netflix is still being direct debited from my account and is not meant to be.
