Direct debit

Why is it so hard to set up direct debit? Why is it a long and hard to use the form on the phone? Why do I have to pay manually every other month using a terribly formatted webpage via the phone app? None of this makes sense for an enormous telecommunications company!!! Doesn't it make sense that you'd make it easy for customers to pay their bills???

Which phone are you using? The form is very straight forward and you should only have to do it once. You shouldn't have to pay manually after setting up the direct debit.


Is this the form you are seeing?


Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
