Disney+ not being billed

Hi,

 

Not sure if this is the right place to post this, but I pay for my subscription to Disney+ using Telstra Billing and for the last 2 bills it hasn't been charged. I'm not complaining as I can still use it no probs, I just want to know if there is a reason. Telstra shows up fine in my payment methods so...

Have you checked with Disney if they still allow 3rd party billing?

Yeah they do. I get a receipt every month from Google play saying its been paid. And it shows up on my transactions. I am just curious as to why I'm not getting billed if that's the case but oh well.

Hi @Cattie,

 

You can also check with Google Play how you are being billed with the transactions since they have the ability to charge it to your carrier or thru a credit/debit card.
