Does Telstra know what is customer retention means?
Anyone joining Telstra should be worried.
Very poor customer service, chat and virtual support are useless and the agents are arrogant.
If you ask a question they will answer in about an hour. Still, they won't answer your query properly.
There are no responsible people anymore at Telstra.
I am moving out of Telstra, just want to make sure anyone joining Telstra is aware of the current state.
