Double Billed on Pre Paid plan

So I set up prepaid via my credit card to pay each month. This month [1st time deducting] out of account and Telstra has taken it out twice. Not happy..and Why? I can not get past that stupid virtual assistant as it just keeps going round and round in its questioning and I can not get to accounts inquiries. How do I get in contact with them. ? Via  laptop computer..
