Double charged on prepaid mobile

I recharged my prepaid mobile and paid $30, then set up a monthly recharge for the next month. The next day I was charged $30 again. I rang 132200 1800011487, sent a message, tried the "fast and easy" way to resolve my problem, with mytelstra.onelink.me/BJRB/prepaidhelp. It did not help. Now six hours later have not received an answer. Cannot find anywhere where I can speak to a person to tell them what happened or ask for a credit.

Success with my double charge on prepaid. It was resolved within the hour this morning 30.9.20 after yesterdays message at 12.40pm must have got lost. They will credit the $30 back into my account.

With direct debit there’s no need to give paying your bill another thought.

Avoid queuing up and never worry about late fees again.
