Early Termination fee

Hi I am just enquiring about a bill charge for early termination etc when I upgraded to my new phone. I have spoken to a telstra member from the call centre and opened a help case with REF No SR1-2600557491224. I am wanting the charges removed and any excess late fees waived. Thanks for your time Shan

Nobody at Crowdsupport has access to account information or billing systems.

 

You will have to make contact either by calling 132200, or sending a message using the My Telstr app on your mobile (blue icon, bottom right of Get Help screen). If Codi tries to send you elsewhere, type "Speak to a consultant" and you should get transferred to the queue to chat with a human.

 

Failing that, send a message to the Telstra Facebook or Twitter accounts, as they are also being monitored.

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
