Elite Mobile Boradband modem

Hi,

 

I purchased and used a Telstra Elite  Mobile Broadband Modem a few years ago.  I am wanting to use it again but I can't find the box it used to be in, which I believe provided a number to use to recharge etc.  When I plug it in, it comes up with "No service" and "Disconnected" of which I expected, but I'm at a loss as to how I can reactivate and recharge it.  Are you able to assist?  Thanks

Hi Queenlily69,

 

If you haven't recharged the original sim in 6 months since the expiry date of your last recharge it gets deactivated. 

 

You'll need to purchase a new sim card and activate it.

You can go into any Telstra store and they'll be able to do this for you.
