Email Bill For Cancled Service

hi I changed mobile plan and it is a auto pay plan so money goes out each month.

But I keep getting an email bill for the old plan and each month I get a credit eventualy then the next month a new email bill. So how do I cancle it permentaly.

That is an account issue and you have to contact Telstra Support. You can do so using the chat function in the Get help section of the My Telstra you or by calling 132200 (9am - 8pm AEST Weekdays).

Set it & forget it

With direct debit there’s no need to give paying your bill another thought.

Avoid queuing up and never worry about late fees again.
