Email Bills

I have received an email from Telstra saying that our Telstra bill is now going to be sent to us through email, I have an email address I use to sign into Telstra My Account, would that be the email address/account they are going to email bill to or would it be another email address?

Log in to https://my.telstra.com.au then go to Settings->Bill Settings and it will show you the email address that will be used (and you can change it there too).

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.

I did that but it doesn't show anything. I did check in the manage bills/my bills section and the email address that is down in the part that says bills to be delivered to has the email address I use to log into/is associated with MyAccount.

Set it & forget it

With direct debit there’s no need to give paying your bill another thought.

Avoid queuing up and never worry about late fees again.
