Hello, all my "extra services " do not work and showing the "404 Page not found" error. I cannot access my usage nor my recharge history (not in the browser and not in the app). And yes, I´ve re-installed the app and delete all cached files.

Usage History on Pre-Paid services appears to be currently unavailable.

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.

No. But at least you know it isn't an isolated problem.

It could be because Telstra is migrating the management of Prepaid services to a new system, or it could be a glitch in the system.
