Failure to refund money

Hi! My account is in credit for $3000 due to a Telstra error. After months of attempting to have my money refunded back into my bank account I still have had no success. The Telecommunications Ombudsman is now involved but at this stage still no success. Has anyone else had this issue and how was it resolved?

If the TIO is involved, follow their process and it will get done.

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.

Set it & forget it

With direct debit there’s no need to give paying your bill another thought.

Avoid queuing up and never worry about late fees again.
