FaxStream Retry



I keep getting billed for 'FaxStream Retry'.

I've spent hours on the phone, hours on live chat, and I've been advised numerous times that the service will be cancelled.
The service never gets cancelled. I'm at my wits end after spending 12 hours on this issue over the last several months.

I've a fairly minor charge, but it's the principal of the thing.

Who can I actually talk to about making these things permanently stop once and for all?

Do I need to cancel my entire service to have this resolved?


Side note: I don't own any landline or fax devices, I never have, and I never will.

That's quite an odd charge, it this when your phone line calls a specific number?
