fixed direct debit - need to set up again
I did have fixed direct debit coming out of my bank account matched to when I was paid. It is a sensible arrangement that sees the bill paid on time to Telstra and does not cause me concern when the bill comes around - the money is already against the bill so to speak.
I tried to increase the amount going to Telstra and suddenly the facility has stopped. I want the fixed direct debit to be restarted - it is better for my budgeting.
I have tried to call Telstra but they cancel the call after a while on hold. I don't want to download the app.
Will someone please assist.

Re: fixed direct debit - need to set up again
Hey @how11
Hope you were able to get this sorted. For future reference, the quickest way to speak to a person at Telstra (aside from me) is through the My Telstra App. Once in the chat, the virtual assistant will ask you a few questions before asking a team member to contact you. More info about how that works here https://tel.st/g3adg
