Forward charges on month to month mobile plan
Am on month to month mobile plan small 40gbs for 50.00 plus device repayment of 15.00 per month for the next 12 months I got a discount but it is not a lock-in contract .Now that telstra is month to month with no lock-in contract how can they forward charge me for a month in advance when you are allowed to change your plan once a month so how does telstra know what my advance charge should be as I may go up to a higher plan. So my sept bill was 110.00 instead of 65.00 when telstra had lock in contracts we were charged in advance but they can’t do that now any help out there
