Foxtel Cancelled

Hello Telstra,

 

I have cancelled Foxtel Month ago so I was expecting the bill is a lower now. I still get the same bill?

We moved to a new place on 4th January. so we should be paying less now from 4th. 

 

Please help me with this. I will really appreciate it.

You need to contact Telstra by sending a message using the My Telstra app on your mobile (blue icon, bottom right of Get Help screen). If the bot doesn't understand the question then type "Speak to a consultant" and you should be transferred to the queue to chat with a human. 

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
