Foxtel Service call fee - installation
I got this extra charge on my last bill. The technician was in the house for 5 minutes, no installation was done, I did the set top box installation myself. He blamed my 6month old tv as the cause of the picture problem which fixed itself. I spoke to a call centre agent on 20 Mar 2020, & explained, she agreed with me & said the the fee will be waived, & I will receive an email to confirm this. No email was received. I have spent a lot of time trying to communicate with Telstra ever since without success. I have a Windows 10 OS (Nokia) phone so I can not load the app. The closest Telstra store here is Blacktown NSW which is shut. I ended up paying the bill to avoid a late payment fee, but would like a credit because I believe the above charge is unjustified.

Nobody on Crowdsupport has access to Billing/Accounts systems so you will need to try and contact 132200.
