Full print out of my bill

Hi. I need a full call log bill print out of a previous bill for the Police. My bills are only showing the data used not the calls. I went into the Telstra Shop and they said I need to call Telstra for a running statement. I am unable to get through to speak to someone and Codi does not understand what I am after. Help please. Thank you.

Because you don't get charged for Calls, they no longer show on bills.

 

You will need to fill out the following form to request your data:

https://say.telstra.com.au/customer/general/forms/customer-data-access

 

Note: it will only give you the details of Outgoing calls, not any incoming calls (access to that information would require the Police to obtain a court order).

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.

Set it & forget it

With direct debit there’s no need to give paying your bill another thought.

Avoid queuing up and never worry about late fees again.

Setup direct debit
