Getting Screwed by a Telstra Programme.

I am getting sick and tired of not being able to contact Telstra by email.  Every time I try,  I get these stupid questions with choices that are irrelevant to me.  These idiot programmers think they know what every one wants to know BUT: the do not.  That stuffs the whole Telstra/Bogpong experiene no end.

I want to know how I can email these Tesltra service.   I do not use a mobile phone with Android or IOS so the "app" is irrelevant.

It seems that unless you do thins Telstra's way you can get stuffed.  No way to treat customers.  Maybe Telstra management should re study basic management and marketing because they suck at it.
