Haven't received last bill and can't get in touch with Telstra to verify

Recently, I disconnected my mobile from Telstra and went with a different provider. However, I don't believe I've received my final bill from Telstra for this service. The last bill I received was for the month prior to my cancellation, however the month in which I cancelled has not been billed to me. I logged in to my account to verify this, but it appears all the bills/any history of my mobile phone service has vanished. I've tried to contact Telstra via their phone line and chat function, but both ways keep redirecting me back to self-help with the silly bot. I can't seem to talk to a real person. I just want to know for sure that I don't owe any money to Telstra because I don't want any nasty surprises later down the line. Can anybody be of assistance?
