Having a double charge removed

I have been double charged for a Telstra TV Box Office movie.  During the COVID-19 situation, Telstra have made it impossible to query a bill and have a double charge removed as their App goes round in circles and won't send a message.  Does anyone know how I can contact Telstra at this time in a way that actually works?

You need Telstra TV Box Office Support. Go to https://www.telstratv.com/boxoffice/support/contactus and fill out the form.

 

They are aware that people were double charged and are working through the issue.

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.

Set it & forget it

With direct debit there’s no need to give paying your bill another thought.

Avoid queuing up and never worry about late fees again.

Setup direct debit
