Either:
go in to the 24x7 app on your phone and go to bills, then scroll to the bottom of the screen and the option is there.
or
log in to 24x7 via the telstra website, click on your latest bill amount and then the Payments tab, and it is the first option on the list.

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
