How can I combine two Telstra accounts onto one bill
I have recently just got a Telstra mobile phone and it was supposed to be added to my existing Telstra NBN and land line bill however i am now receiving 2 separate bills.
I want to combine these onto one bill yet it is impossible to get anyone on the phone to do this.
I know COVID has caused issues but im sorry for such a large company Telstra still needs to operate the same as every other business and cant just shut its doors on customers and use COVID as an excuse for pathetic customer service.
