Paid $25 unlocking fee on MARCH 4TH, told me 7-10 days then unlock code would be emailed to me. It's now 20 days and still nothing. No-one will say what the problem is, I have numerous Ref Nos, been escalated twice, hung up on, given broken promises and repeated all my details till I'm exhausted. I've given the receipt number, don't owe Telstra any money and have not been disrespectful to anyone. Why is this happening?? I'm a pensioner who lives alone and can't be without a phone, but I have been, for 20 days now since I paid to have it unlocked. What must I do ?? Please help.
