How do I get a receipt for my September bill that was paid

I’m trying to find out how to get a copy of the receipt for my September bill as it was paid by someone else and they need the receipt how do I go about it

The least "painful" way of getting a receipt is from your bank records.

Otherwise, unless you have it emailed (as I do), you can contact billing using the My Telstra App, click on Get Help and click on the blue message icon  in the bottom right corner and write Billing, speak to consultant.

You'll then have to wait until they become available, which can be a while.
