I have a new NBN service that is currently linked to my old Telstra ID (has the old email address).
Now, I created a new Telstra ID and I want the NBN service linked to this new id. How do I do that?

You will need to send a message using the My Telstra app on your mobile (blue icon, bottom right of Get Help screen). If the bot fails to understand the query, type "Speak to a consultant" and you should be transferred to the queue to chat with a human. It may take a few hours to get an initial response, but you get a notification through your mobile when they do.
