I bought a prepaid phone and received no confirmation email or track. But my money was still taken.

I purchased an OppoA9 (2020) from Telstra on the 1/5/2020 and have yet to recieve any type of confirmation email or tracking number from them. I contacted support and they told me to use 24x7. Which is a robot and doesnt help whatsoever. I can't make an account because I don't currently have a phone or number that I can use to set an account up. But the transaction is still there. I feel like I have been robbed. Is there anything I can do from this point?
