I can't speak to anyone! Why has my ADSL2+ package increased without notice?
I suddenly received a bill for $6 a month more than the past 5 years bill. No notification of change - nothing. I tried to phone Telstra - what a joke. I got a text message directing me to their app. I have left 4 messages on that app and no-one has answered. I have also tried online chat - it also directs you to the app. Full circle of no help. It's pitiful service - I am now looking for another provider.

If you have been migrated to one of the current plans (due to all the old plans being retired), then you should have received a notification a month prior to the change occurring.
