Nobody at Crowdsupport has access to account information or billing systems. It is primarily a forum where customers try to assist other customers.
You will need to contact billing by either calling 132200 or by sending a message using the My Telstra app (blue icon, bottom right of Get Help screen), and if Codi tries to redirect you, type "Speak to a consultant" and you should be transferred to the queue to chat to a human.
Note: I assume that you returned the second iQ box (as is required)?
