I have been on hold in the que for 1.51.04 seconds so far

I am recieving bills for home line that should be direct depot. I have an email to confirm that direct depot has resumed, but getting debt collector bills also. The amounts being sent to me don't add up. I need to speak to someone. I'm not of the app era.
