Nobody will call you based on your post (other than possibly scammers) as this is not an official Telstra Customer Support channel, and never post your mobile number in a public forum such as Crowdsupport.


You need to contact Telstra Customer Support either by calling 132200, via chat in the My Telstra app, or via the Telstra Twitter or Facebook accounts.

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
