I have paid mycurrent telstra bill via BPay and used an old Telstra BPay account. Can anyone help?

Hi,

 

I have just paid my current Telstra account via BPay and just noticed that i have used an old Telstra BPay account that i had stored on by banking site.

 

is there anything i can do to get a refund on the wrong payment?

Best bet would be to contact billing

 

They are only open 8am-9pm AEST though from what i remember

Set it & forget it

With direct debit there’s no need to give paying your bill another thought.

Avoid queuing up and never worry about late fees again.

Setup direct debit
