I overpaid my mobile bill. I would prefer a refund . Will this occur.

Hi Colin, if extra payment is made on an account it normally remains in place as a balance credit which would then be used by future invoices. Refunds are normally only provided for accounts which are closed and still in credit, but if you speak to our teams on 13 22 00 or via our 24x7 Live chat service and they can discuss the options available.

You can request a refund it can be sent as a cheque ( takes 2 weeks) or alternatively money can be transferred directly into your bank account ( usually within 3 days )

Set it & forget it

With direct debit there’s no need to give paying your bill another thought.

Avoid queuing up and never worry about late fees again.
