I've been emailed someone else's bill

I received an email from Telstra with a bill for someone (who isn't me) and for a bill that definitely isn't mine.

This is very concerning. 

 

So we can sort this out as quickly as possible, can you please speak with our 24x7 Billing team  http://tel.st/hsc3 as they will need to investigate how this has occurred, and make the necessary adjustments to ensure it does not happen again.
