This scam is continuing and very tiresome to block this company
Fee of 6.60 taken on my bill for a service I never requested
Calls to their 1300 no. only has a message to leave yr phone no.
Today I have barred premium sms and called telstra to get this fee of 6.60 taken off my bill for a service I never requested
Complaints going back years on Telstra (viewing crowdsupport.telstra)
Needs to be properly investigated and action taken
Question is - who benefits from the ongoing arrangements?
