Impossible to change mobile plan

I have been in contact all day 6 hrs so far to upgrade plan but website wont allow it so i contacted them by phone got put in a circle back to web page to change plans did that loop 5 times 5 different ways to get to speak to someone no good.

Round 2 : I found a way to speak to a human maybe an AI I'm still undecided that got me into a text msg war for 6 hrs to no avail, is this normal for Telstra now i want to post screen shots for the insanity this is and maybe some help whats the best way to share images here.

That is the end of the conversation so far are they AI or Human i will post more later and can some else help with this problem a contact number for a manager if that even possible anymore idk.
