Itemised call history

Sometime after Oct 2015 my mobile phone bill stopped itemising the numbers I'd called. The only call details now on my bill are: date, type, volume, cost.

I used to get: date, time, type, location, number, rate, duration, cost. 

I relied on these details to calculate private vs business costs. I now have no way to split those costs. Please bring back these details.

Or advise: is there any way to access those details?

Note: the format of my bills is set to "detailed" not "summary".

It's a little strange that the number you have called is not listed for a detailed bill. Have you been in contact with our Billing team to check into this?

When logging into your My Account here:  http://tel.st/cpyn and checking billing break downs, you should be able to check specific usage including numbers called and location.

If you are on a plan that has unlimited calls then you will not see these details as you do not get charged for calls on an individual per call basis.
Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.

You can check via My Account http://tel.st/cpyn 

Log In > Click Service > Click Recent Charges > Click View Details (Next to Recent charges breakdown)

This will take you to our online billing page & on the left hand side you will see a menu > Hover over view bills so the two options appear, then click view bills > Click View Bill Number > Click Full itemised usage - CSV & it will download an Excel file with details
