Jobseeker Discount question

I sent my application over a week ago to get the Jobseeker discount on my personal mobile plan but have not heard back from Telstra if it will be applied. (I know it will take a couple of billing cycles for it to show up on the bill once processed)

How will I be informed that it has been processed?
