When signing up for kayo how does the billing work - monthly from the day you join or by the calendar month (if I sign up today would I be paying for the last few days of November)

You would pay for the last few days of November if you sign up now. If your subscription is added to normal Telstra bill you will still be billed on the same day but would pay a prorate amount depending on how many days you used the service.
