Landline account on my bill is not mine

I received my bill last week. My husband and my mobile accounts are on it which are fine but there is also a landline number for an address in QLD that we are being charged $180 for. We dont have a landline account with Telstra at all. Everytime I call telstra I get a "we cant help you with your enquiry today" and the virtual chat doesnt give an option for this issue. I'm at a loss regarding how to fix this issue before the money is taken from my account?!

If you never connected it, go into a Telstra shop and get it disconnected. If they can verify you never authorised the service or signed the contract for it then you'd be entitled to a credit for those costs.
