late fees

hello , i thought late fess were being waved during this covid19 crisis . i can't talk to anyone from telstra since march , this is getting frustating

Yes. If the late payment fee was accrued after the cutoff date (I believe it was around mid-march from memory).

To contact Telstra, if you can't get through on 132200, send a message using the My Telstra app on your phone (blue icon, bottom right of Get Help screen). If Codi tires to redirect you, type "Speak to a consultant" and you should get transferred to the queue to chat to a human.

If you don't have a smartphone, send a message to the Telstra Facebook or Twitter accounts as they are also being monitored.

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
