Late Payment Fees

Tired of being charged these riduculous fees, we have enough trouble paying these accounts without adding to them.  Who does Telstra think they are when they put up a front on how they give good customer service.  Where is the compassion for their customers, obviously if people are paying their account a few days late there must be a reason.  I for one will be deducting the $15 from my account and not paying it.  Does anyone agree?
