Late payment unfirness.

A Bill late payment fee is administered quickly by Telstra but; there is no benefit or even recognition for payments made before the due date. Why not? Is this too fair and honest for this mob? Any early payments should be taken into account before the $15.00 of usery is applied. Of course the don't though.

Hi @rrvau

Late payment fees are automatically applied by the Telstra system, without human interaction.

You can get a late payment fee waived as a "once off" as a matter of courtesy for loyal customers by contacting support.

Re: Late payment unfirness.

It just shows that Telstra/Bogpong are full of **bleep**.  Why would anyone pay early? There is no benefit. If your late by a day or two, due to a computer problem and Telstra not advising one they just slam on their rediculous $15.00.  It's a f*cking rip-off.  They don't give a f*ck if you've paid early numerous times, they are just too ignorant and greedy.

Hi @rrvau

If you know you are going to be late on paying then maybe next time request a payment extension via https://www.my.telstra.com.au/myaccount/payment-extension

Or via the My Telstra App https://tel.st/26ax2
