God why can't I just open your stupid bill, instead of all this crap. STOP CHANGING THINGS, WHO WANT'S MY BILL ANYWAY..

Nothing has changed in the way you retrieve your bill in quite a few months now.

Go to the Telstra.com website, go to Log In, then Personal

Then on the right hand side, you will see the current bill amount and due date.

Below that is a link to download your bill in PDF format.

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
