MBLOX AND DIALOGUE PREMIUM SMS ON MY BILL

I have been seeing these charges appearing on my bill - they are unsolicited - what can I do to have these refunded to my account and stopped? This is ridiculous that they can be charged to me!

Caaf is right - though we do moderate this forum as staff members, we can't look into things without account details, which we of course advise against sharing here for privacy reasons.  You'd need to speak with us either via phone (132200) or via 24x7 online chat (http://tel.st/g9j0z) to discuss the issue further, though the form Caaf linked to will block any unsolicited premium SMS from reaching you.  It's also worth noting that even if you haven't subscribed to these services yourself, sending back 'stop' to unsubscribe your number can also halt these messages.
