Missing paper bill

Just found out that I have outstanding balance with you.

I pay all bills that I receive, but for some reasons you stopped sending them!

WHY???

have never asked for email bills. All those get lost in the thousands of spam emails.

To get switched back to paper bills, you will need to send a message using the My Telstra app on your mobile (blue icon, bottom right of Get Help screen). If Codi tries to send you somewhere else, type "Speak to a consultant" and you should be transferred to the queue to chat to a human.

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.

With direct debit there’s no need to give paying your bill another thought.

Avoid queuing up and never worry about late fees again.
