Mobile account to be sent to my e-mail

Hi,

I would like the last three mobile bills sent to my e-mail account please? And my future bills sent to the same.

I was alarmed to find not one but the last 3 months have not been received at my P.O.Box. As I have a payment system, and that is if I see them I pay them.  I spoke to the lady at the post office about not receiving my bills and  as she said that you can expect that from Telstra.

You can access your previous bills using the My Telstra app under Payments > View previous bills.

You have probably not received recent paper bills because Telstra are trying to shift bill delivery means to email.

 

The following link has information about changing your billing address

You can also change the email delivery address in the My Telstra app under Payments > Bill delivery method > Change email

Chris, first of all, you should not put all of those private details on a public forum.

It leaves you open to identify theft.

I logged back in and cannot edit my rant.  

This is hopeless.  

Set it & forget it

With direct debit there’s no need to give paying your bill another thought.

Avoid queuing up and never worry about late fees again.

Setup direct debit
