Mobile Billing - change of shared Data allowance

Why do you send me a text message stating

"we'd like to confirm your monthly shared data allowanac has been changed to 32.10GB. There are 3 services in your Shared Data who may use this data allowance"

 

It was previously 57.10GB

 

Why send me this and provide no further context???

I now have to call you and waste my time following up as to what this all means??

 

Not really a good way to treat your customers.
