mobile phone suspension
I am currently an Australian stuck in Europe. I have bought a local European mobile service to save money.
My Telstra service is Mobile Plan Extra Small (it's not connected to a plan with a subsidised mobile phone). Can I suspend it given the circumstances or at least reduce the monthly fee as it's a very uncertain time and my circumstances and ability to return home are unknown.
How do I do this. I have great difficulty trying to speak to anyone from Telstra.
