Mobile plans

Telstra 24/7 app indicated that my mobiles were out of plan, I have updated to  medium monthly plans for my 5 mobiles. The billing estimate that was emailed to me shows a once off charge of $28.55 for a Plan contract cancellation. What is this fee supposed to be for if I did not have a current plan as was stated on the Telstra app?

You will need to speak to a billing/accounts consultant on either 132200 or https://livechat.telstra.com as nobody here has access to account/billing information.

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.

Set it & forget it

With direct debit there’s no need to give paying your bill another thought.

Avoid queuing up and never worry about late fees again.
